All textiles sold in Suomen Urheilutekstiilit Oy's online stores are manufactured separately for each order placed, and there is no right to return the ordered products. The user undertakes to carefully choose the right size for each product he/she orders.
If the User considers the products to be defective or incomplete, he can make a complaint to Suomen Urheilutekstiilit Oy by contacting him by e-mail at email@example.com. Suomen Urheilutekstiilit Oy may demand that the defective product be returned to Suomen Urheilutekstiilit Oy in order to verify the defects and improve the quality of the products. Suomen Urheilutekstiilit Oy replaces the defective product by sending the user a new product.

If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org. Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the post office or travel service, a complaint must be made about the product immediately to the post office or travel service directly.
